This half-day workshop will endeavour to empower line managers/supervisors such that they know how to engage employees without contravening employment laws. Also, by having an understanding of the various employment laws and legislations such as the Employment Act, these line managers/supervisors will be in a position to assist management in avoiding unnecessary legal suits by employees.
