The number of complaints and medicolegal cases in recent years have been steadily escalating and their management remains challenging. In keeping with the theme of ‘Medico-Legal Education for ALL’, this inaugural event aims to enhance the awareness and knowledge of healthcare providers and legal practitioners on the current medico-legal issues and their implications and hence to improve the healthcare service generally. The Organising Committee of the SMLC 2022 is honoured to have a combined meeting with the MLSM-MLSS JS 2022 in which this joint venture will promise an even greater platform for academic discussion as well as networking.
