About the Role and Team

We have an opportunity for Lawyers to join our thriving Statutory Insurance NSW – Workers Compensation practice in Sydney or Newcastle, working with a highly regarded team.

The successful candidate will have minimum 3 years’ post-admission experience in the defence of personal injury claims, specifically Worker’s Compensation. This is a genuine growth role for the right candidate, offering the opportunity for clear career progression within a supportive and nurturing environment.

The Statutory Insurance NSW – Workers Compensation section has approximately 40 people across the Sydney and Newcastle office and this role will have the opportunity to work closely with partners and other team members across Sydney and Newcastle.

Skills and experience

• Minimum 3 years PQE.
• Experience working in the personal injury space, specifically Workers compensation.
• Clear, concise legal writing skills required attention to detail.
