Job Description
- Provides assistance to attorneys in preparing legal documents.
- Performs legal research and compiles data from various legal sources.
- Prepares drafts of contracts and other documents.
- Job assignments are usually for short periods for students during breaks from school.
Qualifications
- The candidate should be currently pursuing a legal degree in a faculty of law and has not yet graduated.
- Must be proactive with a high level of initiative and the ability to anticipate next steps.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A high degree of professionalism and demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Dependable and able to meet commitments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player with positive work attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to take instructions diligently and deliver work as instructed.
- Ability to function in an interruption driven environment and able to prioritize, multitask and switch gears as needed.
- Strong interest in technology law and its commercial environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is helpful.
Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
