The role:

We’re seeking a Legal Counsel to join our fast-paced and cohesive legal team. Reporting to General Counsel, you’ll need at least 5+ Years of PQE with a strong grounding in trademarks and ideally exposure to other aspects of IP including copyright, designs, and patents. Exposure to commercial contracts is desirable with experience in drafting, contractual analysis, and articulating arguments. You’ll demonstrate strong attention to detail and be passionate about providing a high-quality service. This is a crucial position where you will play an integral role in managing the Les Mills trademark portfolio.

The kinds of things you’ll be involved in include:

• Playing a crucial role in managing Les Mills trademark portfolio.
• An integral part of the team supporting the ongoing success of the organization by providing accurate, clear and timely legal advice to team members across the business.
• Drafting, reviewing, and advising on commercial contracts.
• Direct management of a Legal Executive and a willingness to provide support to the wider team on varying legal matters.
• Provide commercially focused and solution-based legal advice across the different areas of Les Mills’s business with a view to enabling Les Mills’ commercial outcomes to be achieved.
