About the role

This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly-skilled, tight-knit corporate and commercial law team that is keen to do things a bit differently, and who are creating a new way of delivering legal services.

While we provide our clients with expert legal advice across the full spectrum of corporate transactions (including quality M&A, capital raising and structuring) and commercial matters, we also work closely with our colleagues from across the entire PwC network to provide a ‘one-stop’, integrated service offering. This means we get exposure to a much broader range of projects than you might see in a traditional law firm, and the chance to work alongside some of New Zealand’s leading subject matter experts in a wide variety of legal and non-legal fields.

Ideally, you will have:

• At least 4 years’ PQE in corporate law with private practice and/or high quality in-house experience
• An ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical knowledge, business acumen and a growth mindset
• A commitment to providing high-quality, commercially-minded legal advice and excellent client service
• A collaborative and open-minded approach to the way you work
