My client is a leading law firm with a strong presence with a strong international presence, and they are looking for a project, development and finance lawyer to expand their team.

About The Job

As a funds lawyer for the firm, you will be tasked with providing legal advice to relevant departments, handling claims, and reviewing legal documents and correspondence. You will also need to negotiate various legal contracts, liaise with law firms and correspond with multiple stakeholders.

About The Manager/team

As a project, development and finance lawyer, you will be reporting to the partner running the division and department.

Skills And Experience Required

We will need you to be a qualified lawyer with at least four years of PQE and considerable experience in dispute resolution; having experience reviewing and negotiating contracts is also ideal. You will need strong communication skills and someone who can exercise their judgement and discretion regarding legal matters. We are also looking for candidates with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. Candidates should be strong communicators; if candidates can converse in another language apart from English, that is also favourable. Candidates who have had prior experience dealing with mergers and acquisitions within either the energy or infrastructure industry will be highly regarded.
